TIPS TO GET YOUR SPANX ON

Camis & Slips

Always step in instead of pulling over your head. You will have an easier time putting it on and, by pulling it up, you give "the girls" an extra boost!

Mid-Thigh Shapers & Bodysuits

Put item product on and place on the leg where you want it to rest before gently pulling up the rest of the material over the body. This provides secure placement and the best fit.

Pantyhose / Tights

Gather the product in your hands and work up each leg rather than just putting them on and yanking them up. This will help reduce any runs/tears and provide for the best fit.

Slim Cognito Shaping Mid-Thigh Bodysuit

Attach the optional straps to your bra before putting your shaper and bra on. Lay them flat on a table and attach, then put on the connected bodysuit and bra. Trust us – it is much easier to attach the straps this way!

SPANX CARE

Our tips and tricks to giving your Spanx a long life.

• Hand washing is best, but we know everyone doesn't have time for that, so place your SPANX in a lingerie bag and wash on the gentle cycle
• Please don't ever put your SPANX in the dryer! Hang them or lay them flat to dry to ensure they have a long life
• There is no "shelf life" for SPANX products. Like other undergarments, you just know when it is time for them to go

FIT TIPS

Hosiery (refer to Spanx hosiery size chart)

• Use the charts to match up your height and weight and select the letter that corresponds with both
• Be sure to select your true size – choosing a size larger than you are means there is excess fabric that will roll and bunch and you won't get true shaping benefits; choosing a size smaller than you are will cause the product to be binding and pinching in all the wrong places and will have an uncomfortable fit (we want you to love your Spanx)!
