I bought these thinking they were so cute and I've bought wide width boots from LB before with no issues... well these boots BARELY fit around my calves even though they say they're wide width. And on the top of the foot they squeeze down and it hurts. I wouldn't waste your money these are NOT comfortable!

Bought both the brown and the black. I can just barely zip them up over my calves, but with a little tugging, it works & they look great! Got them in size 10 and I usually wear pants in size 20, so if you're bigger in the lower half of your body, these might not work for you. Measure your calves first!

I love the look of these boots and was excited to get them, but unfortunately they are too tight in the calves for me. I was surprised at that because I ordered wide-calf boots from LB last year and there was room to spare. It is probably just the cut of this particular boot. Sadly, I will return them. I do recommend them if your calves are only slightly fuller than average.

Rated 4 out of 5 by MsJHinds Finally a stretched stylish boot
I am 5'2 and was blessed with a curvy body. My calves are very big and I'm "thick-boned" throughout my entire body. It's hard to find boots that fit comfortable and pass my calf. I tried this one in a LB store and instantly feel in love. I bought the 8 brown and 8 black. The pros: beautiful, stylish, can dress with anything.
The cons: Still a little snagged on the calf but with the stretch material it helps. (I zip my boot half way up, then pull boot down to zip the rest in order to go to my calf). Another con, after walking for 5 hours in them, your feet starts to hurt and I have wide feet.
Other than that I enjoy them. I have not worn them with jeans yet, due to my calves being so big and I doubt it will be comfortable with jeans. Maybe going a size up will help, but I don't like the look of big feet on short women. :)
