Why So Tight? The trouser socks I purchased seem to be pretty good quality. Unfortunately, I don't have skinny calves and the tops of these trouser socks have very tight bands that cut off my circulation. So if you have nice, slim calves, these will probably work well for you, but for the rest of us, not so much. December 18, 2012
Nice, but they don't last long These socks are stylish and give a polished look to my work wardrobe. I have noticed a couple of changes over the years that cause me to be less satisfied. The elastic at the top tends to be binding. Yes, they do stay up, but they are a little too tight. The material is also a lot thinner than it used to be, so the trouser socks now get runs in them (like panty hose). They're not quite as good a deal as they used to be! December 10, 2012
