Another Cool Sundress

Let me first say that I LOVE dresses, especially in the summer!! I was online browsing for a few sundresses and spotted this one. I was actually on the fence, because I wasn't sure how this would fit me, but ordered anyway. I tried it on when it arrived in the store due to my hesitance. Good thing I did, because it was too large. Once I sized down, it fit beautifully making me appear both lean and taller. The material was cool and breezy feeling (love that feel for the summer). Gonna enjoy this one!!

can you say big purple sack?

I really wanted to love this dress but the second I put it on I felt huge. The ruffles begin under the armpits which is sort of odd....nothing fit right ... even if altered it would have been a little strange. Maybe it's my apple shape and extremely broad shoulders.......but the bust was too big and floppy and it just hung badly from there.

Great basic sundress!

Unlike some other reviewers, I love the fabric of this dress. It is light and airy, but lined so that it isn't see through! The banding does a great job of defining a waistline, and the skirt is just full enough to conceal problem areas without making you look pregnant! My one beef with this dress is the ruffles at the top, when not ironed carefully, have a tendency to flip up in odd places!
