I picked up this skirt yesterday in the clearance section. I am wearing it today and it feels great. I love the way it hangs and look great with the black sweater I got to to with it.

Before trying on this skirt, I was very skeptical. I don't usually look good in longer skirts, especially when it's not a pencil-style skirt. Well, I was more than pleasantly surprised when I tried on this skirt. The fit was AMAZING. I feel though, that it runs a bit big, so you may want to go a size down. For work today, I paired this skirt with camel colored booties. This skirt will not disappoint!

The same, but different.

Cons: zipper placement
I fell in love with the A-Line skirts from earlier this season, but they've altered the style, which negatively (to me) affects the end result. The material is lighter weight, so it doesn't hold its shape quite as well. They've also moved the zipper from the side to the back, which is more difficult to place/zip and less attractive and comfortable.
I still like the style and the pattern is nice, but the changes to the design makes the skirt less functional.

I ordered this knowing that I did not have a shirt to go with it. Luckily for me, when I picked it up, they had the matching drape neck sweater to go with it. I don't know what has turned me into a skirt girl all of a sudden, but I love these a-line skirts. Perfect with the new nude pumps. The whole set looks so very professional, and I can wear it after hours and it fits in for that too. Keep the A-lines coming LB. I will buy them all.
