Short sleeve button front shirt
I livein these blouses, it is literally the equvalent of jeans and a t-shirt for me. This season alone I purchased it in green, purple, grey, black, and red!!! Nice fit, hugs curves without being tight. My arms are thick but the short sleeves fit nicely. I hang them to dry, never putting them in the dryer, and they maintain there shape and fit. This blouse is a must have, you can dress it up or down!

Own them in every color
I live in these shirts at work. I own them in nearly every color. LB has done a good job of updating the style over the last few years so that the fit is better for curvy ladies (lots of room in the chest). The shirts are more stiffly structured than your average LB blouse, so size up if you're inbetween, otherwise I think the sizing is right on. The colors are fabulous -- bright and deep and unusual. Only quibble is that if you get any of the white/white stripe ones, they can be a little sheer. I stick to the darker colors. But love love love them, don't know how I'd ever manage a suit otherwise. Also, been wearing these for a while, and the quality is good. They pit a bit over time, but otherwise the fabric holds up well.

Great wardrobe staple
This shirt will look great under a jacket in cold weather months, over a tank or camisole in warm weather months. The colors I bought (red, cayenne, dark purple, fanfare, black) are rich and saturated, versatile enough to be worn in a professional or casual setting. It's body conscious with a hint of stretch, so it's not too boxy, nor do the buttons gape in the bust area thanks to well placed ruching and darting. My only complaint is that the shirt may not lie smoothly under a cardigan or pullover because of the shoulder pleats, but that is a minor quibble. I highly recommend this piece.
