I must say the quality for the price paid was poor I must say the quality for the price paid was poor. Should not be advertised as sweater coat. The material is very thin. Also fit poorly, returned the item promptly. I love Lane Bryant but this one was not a keeper. December 6, 2012
Great style, bad fit I love this sweater, but as the other review stated it is not a good fit. I normally wear 22/24 and so that is the size I got (expecting it to be loose and long, like in the picture). It isn't too tight and I like the way it fits, but it is not the same as the picture. I would say that if you are between sizes or want to wear heavy shirts under (I just wear a cami under it) then go a size up. I am not returning mine or exchanging it because I think it looks better on me than it does the girl in the picture. So to break it down: It is snug if you get it in your size. If you only wear a cami, then it is fine. If you want to wear other heavier stuff, go a size up. November 24, 2012
Disappointed I purchased this item as part of the BOGO, and I'm glad that I didn't pay full price because the quality isn't great. I was disappointed in two main factors, (1). the fit- I normally wear an 18/20, but I purchased this in a 22/24 so that I could wear bulkier sweaters underneath if I wanted. Well, glad I got the 22/24 because it "just" fit. (2). the thickness, or should I say, lack thereof thickness of this sweater. The material reminded me of something I'd purchase at a cheap dept. store. I never really have complaints about any of my LB purchases, but this one is definitley not worth the price and the quality truly lacks. November 21, 2012
