Whether it’s a 5K race, a 50K race or a 120-mile race – having a goal in mind always, always works to get me out of bed in the morning.

What is ultrarunning? Any run over the marathon distance of 26.2 miles. Yep, we’ll let that sink in for a minute. Mirna got hooked on running as a high-school field hockey player – this year, she’s taking on the six-day, 120-mile TransRockies Run.
