How does ship to store work?

Our Ship to Store program provides a free ground shipping option. Choose “Ship to Store” listed under “select shipping methods” during checkout.

Your order can be delivered to any Lane Bryant location within 4-7 business days. To locate your most convenient Lane Bryant location, please use our store locator to determine which stores are nearest to you. Locations that are currently closed may still be offering Curbside Pickup, so check your local store for details.

Once you place your Ship to Store order, please be sure to check your email to follow the progress of your order. You’ll receive an order confirmation email and then a shipping confirmation email for each package. Once your item(s) have shipped, the shipping confirmations for each package will allow you to track your packages.

When your entire order has arrived at the store, you’ll receive a “ready for pick-up” email letting you know that your package(s) have arrived at the store. Your package(s) must be picked up within 14 days of when the order arrives at the store. A reminder email to pick-up your order will be sent after 7 days of being received at the store. This will be the final notification sent to you. If the order is not picked up within the 14-day timeframe, it will be re-stocked in the store.
