   Bend to one side to find the natural crease. Straighten and measure at this point.

   Low Hip

   Stand with feet together and measure around fullest part of hip.

   Thigh

   Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and measure around the fullest part of thigh.

   Regular

   Recommended for women 5'4" to 5'8".

   Long

   Recommended for women 5'8" to 5'10".

   Extra Long

   Recommended for women 5'10" and over.
