Adjust the shoulder straps to your desired comfort level. Note: the cotton is supposed to be in touch with your skin, not the rubber. Also, the correct orientation of the product is with the hook and eyes in the front of your body. Important: for the ultimate results and due to Squeem’s signature compression, begin wearing our products gradually: one hour the first day, two hours the second day, etc. In this way, you will optimize Squeem’s shape-shifting power to give you the curves you've always wanted. Please also ensure you have the correct size Squeem product for your body to maximize curve creation.

Plus Size Fit Charts: Tips for Determining the Best Fit

Finding the most comfortable fit starts with getting accurate measurements, then checking our plus size size charts to determine how various sizes and lengths will translate to your measurements. It’s not difficult, but it’s also not as simple as just checking out a waist size chart, or looking for pant size in inches. For example, the best way to determine what size of pants, capris or shorts you need corresponds to your waist and low hip measurements, then factoring in your height to determine petite, short, regular or long length. The best way to get an accurate waist size for women is to measure around the full part of your natural waistline, after bending to one side to find the natural crease, then straightening. To get an accurate low hip measurement, stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of the hip. Look on the chart to find the number size that matches up with your measurement for the low hip and waist size in inches, then determine the proper length based on how tall you are.

If your measurements include a 42-inch bust, a 36-inch waist and a 44.5-inch low hip, you know you’re looking for a size 14 sweater. If you’re on the fence between two sweater sizes, choose the smaller size for a tighter fit, and the larger size for a looser fit.
